Shopping Bag

Click on your shopping bag at any time to review, add or remove your selected items. When you are ready to purchase your new items, click “Proceed to Checkout.” Please note that you cannot make changes to your shopping bag after clicking "Proceed to Checkout."

Payment Methods

We currently accept American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. Once you submit your order, a hold for the total purchase amount will be placed on your card. Holds are usually released by your bank within 4 to 7 business days. Please note that your card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship. If your order is cancelled before it ships, you will not be charged. If your order is cancelled after it has shipped, any associated shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Sales Tax

The current sales tax rate of 8.25% is charged to all orders shipping within California regardless of billing address.

Debit Card Orders

A Word of Caution with Debit Cards

Although we accept debit cards and have the highest level of security for our customers, we recommend that you never use debit cards for any purchase on any website. Because debit cards are linked directly to cash accounts actual money is frozen in the aforementioned holding process between order placement and shipment. This can cause some complications in the availability of funds in the respective account used for online purchases. Lisa Kline Inc. will not reimburse overdraft charges incurred due to insufficient funds that are accrued while waiting for lisakline.com to either process or credit sales or returns.

What happens when you place an order with credit or debit cards?

Our online merchant partner, Verisign Secure hosted by Paypal, automatically checks with your banking institution or credit card company to make sure you have the appropriate funds available to complete your purchase transaction.

Verisign Secure also checks to confirm that your billing address, 3 digit security code and name on card match those that your banking institution or credit card company has on file.

At this point the banking institution or credit card company places a hold on those funds allocated for your online purchase. The amount of this hold will appear on your banking statement. This is not a charge. Holds usually pass within 4 to 7 business days depending on your banking institutions protocol. If your card is not charged with in your bank’s designated time period, the hold will be automatically released by your bank. We cannot release this hold, you must wait until the waiting period is over for your bank to release your funds. Once your order is ready to ship, your card will be charged for the appropriate amount.

Shipping and Handling

Orders received by www.lisakline.com are filled on a first come first serve basis. Merchandise is often located at various store locations and in most cases, must be transferred to our warehouse to ship. There is often a delay between the time that you place your order and the time it actually ships. Orders can take up to 5 days to leave our warehouse regardless of your chosen shipping method. UPS 2nd Day Air
Delivery to every address in the 50 states (excluding intra-Alaska shipments) and Puerto Rico by the end of the second business day. NOTE: Orders can take up to 5 days to leave our warehouse regardless of your chosen shipping method. To confirm the ship date and availability of your order, please call Customer Service at 888 LISA KLINE ext 103.

UPS Next Day Air Overnight delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of the next business day depending on destination. Orders can take up to 5 days to leave our warehouse regardless of your chosen shipping method. To confirm the ship date and availability of your order, please call Customer Service at 888 LISA KLINE ext 103.

UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays

International Shoppers

Lisa Kline Inc. and lisakline.com are not responsible for tariffs, duties, or any other charges associated with the importation of goods from lisakline.com. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to assess the cost of importing goods to their respective country. This can be done by contacting your local Customs Office.

Return to Sender Policy

Lisakline.com ships all orders via UPS. If your package is not delivered successfully on the first attempt, UPS will make two more attempts to deliver your package, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that a signature is required for delivery. After a third failed attempt, UPS will hold onto the package for 5 days then return the package(s) to the original sender.

If a package is returned to us for any reason, we will make three attempts to contact you via email. Once you respond, your package will be shipped back to you at your specific direction and billed at the fee indicated by your original order, if any. If it is still within the 14 day return period, you may elect to have your purchase(s) refunded.

In the event that we do not receive a response from you after our third contact attempt, it is our policy to restock the ill returned goods as we can not store unclaimed packages indefinitely. Please note that unclaimed packages will not be refunded once restocked.

Refused Shipments

If you choose to refuse your shipment from lisakline.com your original shipping fees will not be refunded. If you are an international customer, any associated importing fees accrued during the return shipping process will also be your responsibility and deducted from the cost of the original purchase.

Returns

All returns must be sent back with price tags attached, free of stains, cigarette smoke, pet hair, and in sellable condition. To receive a full refund for your Item(s) they must be returned to Lisa Kline within 14 days of receiving the product, no exceptions. Before sending the item, you must email customerservice@lisakline.com for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please fill out the Return Authorization form that came with your shipment, noting your RA# in the upper right hand corner. If you send the item back without receiving a RA# or after the 14 day deadline, you will not be credited for your purchase and we will not be held responsible for returning the item to you. By receiving the RA#, it is not guaranteed that you will receive a refund if your item does not meet the return qualifications listed above.

Please ship your return with the shipping company of your choice. Be sure to insure your package and retain the tracking number. Lisa Kline is not responsible for lost or damaged packages en route to the warehouse. The card used for your original order will be credited within 2 weeks for the order total minus shipping expenses, if any.

Sale items, jewelry, hats and accessories are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges

All regularly priced items are eligible for exchange. All sale items, jewelry, hats, accessories, and intimates are final sale. Exchanges or returns will not be granted for these items. This excludes handbags and diaper bags purchased at full price. To exchange an item, please obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) by contacting customerservice@lisakline.com. Fill out the exchange section of your RA form indicating your top choices for exchange. Please note that we can not guarantee that your top choices will be in stock by the time we receive your package. For faster delivery we recommend placing a new order and returning your item as explained above under Returns. This will ensure that your selected item(s) gets to you faster and will increase the chances that it will be in stock.

Online Security

Protecting your information is a priority for Lisa Kline Inc. Our online merchant partner is Verisign hosted by Paypal. A critical concern for electronic commerce is the secure transmission of data. To protect consumer data during transmission, PayPal uses the latest SSL encryption technology that securely passes transaction data to the PayPal gateway. Before any personal information is transmitted to us, your browser will make a positive identification that communication is being conducted with our site. Your browser will notify you prior to the transmission of sensitive information if the connection looks suspicious. Only upon authentication of a secure connection will your order be processed on-line. This authentication by your browser takes place after you select "checkout" from your shopping bag and before your order is actually submitted. However, an even bigger security threat to electronic commerce is security and integrity of stored data. To prevent data compromise in the storage server, PayPal stores sensitive transaction information on secure systems that cannot be accessed through the Internet. Furthermore, PayPal uses hardware and software firewall technology and additional encryption technology that virtually eliminate all opportunities for intruders to break into a server and compromise information.

Privacy Policy

Lisa Kline will not sell or give your information to any other party under any circumstances. When you place an order with Lisakline.com your name, contact information, billing and shipping address are retained in our system in order to process your order. Your credit card information is encrypted and stored in a secure server with our online merchant partner VeriSign hosted by Paypal.

Purchasing from Lisakline.com does not automatically sign you up for the Lisakline.com newsletter. You must do that of your own accord. If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, you are free to unsubscribe at any time, although the team at Lisa Kline hopes you don’t!

Product Availability

If you see something you like, get it fast! Many of our products can not be reordered and may not be available the next time you visit lisakline.com. Many products you find online are also available in our stores while supplies last. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale online may not be available in Lisa Kline stores.

Lisakline.com and the Lisa Kline Stores share inventory. Often times, items ordered online are located at various store locations. Once items are located, they are transferred to the lisakline.com warehouse. This is why lisakline.com orders ship in 3 to 5 business days.

Sold Out Items

Items on lisakline.com often sell out faster than the inventory system can update the website. If items in your order are sold out and can’t be reordered we will email you with an alert and replacement options. If there are other items in your order that are in stock, they will ship less the sold out item(s) unless either the customer or lisakline.com are notified otherwise.

Pre Orders

Pre-order items are available on a first come first serve basis. Your credit card will not be charged until the item arrives at our warehouse from the designer and is ready to be shipped to you. Availability times listed on pre-order items are estimates and are subject to change. You will be notified via email with a tracking number once your item has shipped. If you have other items in your order that are in stock and ready to ship, you will be charged only for those items and they will be shipped less the pre ordered item. Once your pre ordered item arrives and is ready to ship, we will charge you for that item and ship it via UPS Ground free of charge if you are located within the contiguous United States. All other destinations will be charged the normal shipping fee per your selection at checkout.

Back Orders

All items that are not available at the time of purchase will be shipped upon arrival if they are available for re-order. You will be notified that the item is back ordered and if applicable, the rest of your order will be shipped unless either the customer or lisakline.com are notified otherwise. You will be charged only for those items in stock and they will be shipped less the back ordered item. Once the back ordered item arrives and is ready to ship, we will charge you for that item and ship it free of charge if you are located within the contiguous United States. All other destinations will be charged the normal shipping fee per your selection at checkout.
