E-Commerce Manager (posted 1/30/2008)
Lisa Kline Inc. is currently seeking a manager for their e-commerce site, lisakline.com. Candidates should be well versed in fashion, online shopping and have 2 years of related e-commerce experience as well as staff management.
Duties include:
Manage order fulfillment from placement to shipment.
Manage customer service and handle all customer service escalations.
Act as go to person for all technical issues regarding website usability.
Provide creative direction on direct email campaigns and graphic content.
Write all creative descriptions for the site.
Implement graphic and functional changes to site to improve usability and sales.
Work closely with PR and Marketing to roll out promotions and advertising campaigns.
Work with buying office to re order goods as necessary.
Allocate goods for photo shoots and work with technical team to produce shoots.
Required skills include:
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Solid working knowledge of Excel and Word.
Understanding of CMS.
Knowledge of SEO best practices.
Staff management experience.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
A strong creative drive.
Strong problem solving skills.
